Program description
Natural Plus USA sends automated transactional text messages to customers who provide a mobile number and opt in. Messages relate to orders you place with us: order confirmations, shipping updates with tracking, delivery notifications, backorder and payment alerts.
How to opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent box when you create an account, update your profile, or apply to the creator program on naturalplususa.com. The box is never pre-ticked, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You will typically receive between 1 and 5 messages per order.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Natural Plus USA does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and then no further messages. You can also untick SMS consent in your account profile.
Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us any time — we answer every message.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy
We never sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. Your number is used only to deliver the messages described above.
