Creator Alerts SMS Terms and Conditions

Natural Plus USA is the customer-facing DBA and trade name of Natural Plus LLC, the legal business registered for this program.

Natural Plus USA is the only sender of Creator Alerts. The program is available only to Natural Plus USA creators who separately enroll for text messages. Creator Alerts is distinct from customer order notifications and from one-time phone verification codes.

You may enroll on the public creator signup page at https://naturalplususa.com/affiliate/signup or in the profile section of your authenticated Creator Portal. In either location, you must affirmatively check the optional Creator Alerts box, which is unchecked by default, after the complete consent disclosure is shown at the checkbox. You must then verify the same mobile number with a one-time code before Creator Alerts can be enabled or any alert can be sent.

The complete public consent flow is available at Creator Alerts SMS Opt-In Evidence. Consent applies only to this campaign and is not transferred to another sender or messaging campaign.

Creator Alerts sends recurring automated transactional text messages about your own Creator account activity: commissions earned on attributed sales, team overrides, notices that a new creator joined your organization, and payout-status updates. This program does not send advertisements, discounts, promotional offers, affiliate recruiting, or third-party lead-generation messages.

Message frequency varies based on account and sales activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive Creator Alerts is not a condition of joining or remaining in the Creator Program, purchasing any product, or receiving commissions or payouts. Only the verified mobile-number owner may provide consent.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may also turn Creator Alerts off in your Creator Portal profile. After a prior STOP, reply START or UNSTOP to ask Twilio to remove its block; Natural Plus USA restores alerts only when the same number previously completed the website consent and verification flow and remains otherwise eligible. START and UNSTOP cannot create first-time consent.

Reply HELP for help or email support@naturalplususa.com. We do not charge a separate fee for Creator Alerts, but your carrier's message and data rates may apply.

Message delivery is subject to carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Creator Alerts SMS Privacy Policy explains how mobile information and consent evidence are handled. Mobile opt-in information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may change or end Creator Alerts, but a change does not expand your consent to marketing or another campaign. Material changes to the consent disclosure require new affirmative consent where applicable. Questions: support@naturalplususa.com.
