This public page documents both consent paths for Natural Plus USA Creator Alerts. Natural Plus USA is the only sender. Consent applies only to transactional creator account alerts and is not transferred to another business or messaging campaign.

1. Public creator signup

At https://naturalplususa.com/affiliate/signup, the checkbox below is optional and unchecked by default. The phone field becomes required only after the creator checks it. The creator must complete the displayed one-time-code verification before signup can record active SMS consent.

If you opt in, a mobile phone number is required. After checking the box, you must verify that number with a one-time code before Creator Alerts can be enabled or any alert can be sent.

2. Signed-in Creator Portal profile

An existing creator may use the profile section of the authenticated Creator Portal. A creator who is not enrolled sees the same optional checkbox unchecked. The profile provides phone verification controls; an unverified or changed number is not eligible to receive Creator Alerts. The exact consent disclosure is reproduced below because the actual profile contains private account and payout information and requires login.
